This policy explains how Crecientech Infosystem Private Limited (“Crecientech”, “we” or “us”) handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it.

When you submit an enquiry, you provide your name, email address, optional company name and the message you choose to send. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and correspondence.
Our hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry endpoint also uses an IP-derived identifier temporarily to limit repeated submissions.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
2. How we use information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond to you, discuss potential work and maintain the correspondence needed to handle your enquiry. Technical information helps us operate the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.
Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.
We use aggregated website usage statistics to understand which pages visitors use and improve the website.

The website is hosted on Vercel, and we use Vercel Web Analytics for website usage statistics. Online enquiries are sent through Resend to a business email inbox; the email delivery service processes your submitted contact details and message to deliver that email. Our email provider also handles the resulting correspondence.
We share enquiry information with the people and service providers needed to handle your request. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address misuse of the website.

4. Storage, retention and security
Enquiries are delivered as email correspondence. We retain correspondence as needed to respond to your enquiry, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Service providers apply their own operational retention arrangements.
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you are located, depending on the infrastructure and providers involved.
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to this website, including encrypted transmission and restricted server-side email credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. External links and AI tools
The website links to third-party websites and optional AI services. Choosing a “Summarise with AI” link opens the selected provider with a prepared prompt containing public website context and the page URL. The website does not include your enquiry form entries in that prompt.
If you continue to an external service or enter information there, that provider’s terms and privacy practices apply. Review them before sharing personal or confidential information.
7. Your choices and requests
You can browse without submitting an enquiry. To ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction or request deletion of your enquiry correspondence, contact ctsales@crecientech.com.
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have additional rights, including access, objection or restriction of processing. We may need information to verify your identity and understand your request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an outstanding matter.
